Type specimen: PIN 2383/496, a forewing (missing some margin). Its type locality is Kzyl-Zhar Locality (PIN collection 2383), which is in a Turonian pond mudstone in Kazakhstan.

Distribution: found only at Kzyl-Zhar Locality (PIN collection 2383)
