Type specimen: UAPC 6175, a wing (probably female fore & hindwing). Its type locality is Joffre Road ravine (Site 3), which is in a Tiffanian pond limestone in the Paskapoo Formation of Canada.

Distribution: found only at Joffre Road ravine (Site 3)
