Type specimen: KMNH IvP 610,068. Its type locality is Khao Hin Kling, Locality R (860813-01), which is in a Capitanian carbonate limestone in the Tak Fa Formation of Thailand.

Distribution: found only at Khao Hin Kling, Locality R (860813-01)
