Type specimen: Its type locality is Dachengchi, Shadaogou, Xuan'en County, which is in a Roadian/Capitanian carbonate limestone in the Maokou Formation of China
Ecology: stationary low-level epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Dachengchi, Shadaogou, Xuan'en County
