Type specimen: GQ81067. Its type locality is Yinshanpo KC261, Qingyan, which is in a Pelsonian/Illyrian marine shale/marl in the Qingyan Formation of China.

Ecology: epifaunal omnivore-grazer

Distribution: found only at Yinshanpo KC261, Qingyan
