Type specimen: PIN 4270/2075, a wing (isolated wing with crumpled medial area). Its type locality is Shar-Teg, outcrop 434/2 (PIN collection 4270), which is in a Tithonian lacustrine - large claystone in the Sharteg Formation of Mongolia.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Shar-Teg, outcrop 434/2 (PIN collection 4270)
