Type specimen: NIGP 34385. Its type locality is Zhongying Section Bed 31 (QZ-15,14), Qinglong County, which is in a Changhsingian coastal mudstone in China.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 102.2
Distribution: found only at Zhongying Section Bed 31 (QZ-15,14), Qinglong County
