Type specimen: MNHN.F.R51136, a forewing (lacking basal quarter and posterior margin). Its type locality is Commentry (MNHN Brongniart coll), which is in a Gzhelian lacustrine deltaic shale in the Commentry Shales Formation of France.

Distribution: found only at Commentry (MNHN Brongniart coll)
