Sister taxa: none
Type specimen: GSC 22189, an exoskeleton (poorly preserved). Its type locality is Redmond No. 1, Knob Lake District (Dorf collection), which is in a Cenomanian marginal marine claystone in the Redmond Formation of Canada.

Distribution: found only at Redmond No. 1, Knob Lake District (Dorf collection)
