- Prosyntexis gouleti: AMNH 43270, an exoskeleton (female body). Its type locality is Crato (AMNH collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil.
- Prosyntexis legitima: RGMN-T139, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Crato, Pedra Branca Quarry (Martins-Neto collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large lime mudstone in the Crato Formation of Brazil.
