Type specimen: PIMUZ 9090, a carapace. Its type locality is Point 902, Monte San Giorgio, Bed 12, which is in an Illyrian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal dolomite/shale in the Besano Formation of Switzerland.
Ecology: infaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Point 902, Monte San Giorgio, Bed 12
