Type specimen: AM F50110, a tegmen. Its type locality is Warner's Bay, Belmont (AMF coll), which is in a Changhsingian pond chert in the Croudace Bay Formation of Australia.

Distribution: found only at Warner's Bay, Belmont (AMF coll)
