Sister taxa: Prosolierius antennatus, Prosolierius crassicornis, Prosolierius mixticornis, Prosolierius parvus, Prosolierius qizhihaoi, Prosolierius thayerae

Type specimen: AMNH Bu-635, an exoskeleton (male). Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (AMNH collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.

Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (AMNH collection)
