Sister taxon: Aniferella sibirica
Type specimen: CNC 9169, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Grassy Lake, Medicine Hat (P. Boston collection), which is in a Campanian terrestrial amber in the Foremost Formation of Canada.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Grassy Lake, Medicine Hat (P. Boston collection)
