Type specimen: PIN 1866/1, a forewing (tip of forewing). Its type locality is Lomovatka River, Alymaznaya (PIN Collection 1866), which is in a Kasimovian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Isaeva Formation of Ukraine.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Lomovatka River, Alymaznaya (PIN Collection 1866)
