Type specimen: Coll Ansorge fly no 1, an exoskeleton (complete fly). Its type locality is Stonebarrow Hill, which is in a Sinemurian marine mudstone/siderite in the Charmouth Mudstone Formation of the United Kingdom.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Stonebarrow Hill
