Type specimen: UASM 22322, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Grassy Lake, Medicine Hat (UASM collection), which is in a Campanian terrestrial amber in the Foremost Formation of Canada.

Distribution: found only at Grassy Lake, Medicine Hat (UASM collection)
