Sister taxa: Milichiella archaia, Milichiella dominicana, Milichiella hennigi, Milichiella margaretae, Milichiella quadrisetosa, Milichiella theodori
Type specimen: DR-10-1681, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Dominican amber (AMNH coll), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the Dominican Republic.
