Type specimen: WMNH-Ge-1140320065, a carapace. Its type locality is Locality 2, Suhara, Yuasa-cho, which is in a Barremian coastal mudstone in the Arida Formation of Japan.
Ecology: infaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Locality 2, Suhara, Yuasa-cho
