Type specimen: MFM247.010, a carapace. Its type locality is YEZ-19, Nakafutamatagawa, Haboro-cho, which is in a Santonian marine siliciclastic in Japan.
Ecology: epifaunal detritivore
Distribution: found only at YEZ-19, Nakafutamatagawa, Haboro-cho
