Type specimen: H-10-57, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Dominican amber (University of California, Berkeley coll.), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the Dominican Republic.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Dominican amber (University of California, Berkeley coll.)
