Belongs to Leptolingia according to D. Ren 2002
Sister taxa: Leptolingia calonervis, Leptolingia imminuta, Leptolingia jurassica, Leptolingia oblonga, Leptolingia shartegica
Type specimen: CNU NN99008, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Daohugou (CNU 1999 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Daohugou (CNU 1999 collection)
