Sister taxon: Cenocorystes bretoni
Type specimen: MHN LM 2003-1-3813, a carapace. Its type locality is Saint-Maixent, which is in a Cenomanian marine sandstone in France.
Ecology: semi-infaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Saint-Maixent
