Type specimen: AMF-KG-280. Its type locality is Ichihashi Quarry, Kinshozan, Akasaka, which is in a Capitanian shallow subtidal packstone in the Akasaka Formation of Japan.

Ecology: epifaunal carnivore

Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 2.56

Distribution: found only at Ichihashi Quarry, Kinshozan, Akasaka
