Sister taxon: Moravia convergens
Type specimen: MCZ 8647 ab, a hindwing (hindwing lacking apex). Its type locality is Midco Locality 1, which is in an Artinskian lacustrine lime mudstone in the Wellington Formation of Oklahoma.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Midco Locality 1
