Sister taxa: Megokkos alaskensis, Megokkos feldmanni, Megokkos hexagonalis

Type specimen: CM 45833, a shell. Its type locality is Pulali Point, Aldwell Formation, which is in an Eocene marine conglomerate/siltstone in the Aldwell Formation of Washington.

Ecology: semi-infaunal carnivore

Distribution: found only at UO 4669, Nehalem River drainage area near Rock Creek
