Type specimen: YPM 222, an exoskeleton (head, thorax, elytra, legs). Its type locality is Florissant, Station 11, which is in a Chadronian lacustrine - large shale in the Florissant Formation of Colorado.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Florissant, Station 11
