Sister taxon: Liparoblatta ovata
Type specimen: USNM 38175, a tegmen (almost complete tegmen). Its type locality is Cassville, which is in an Asselian terrestrial shale in the Cassville Shales Formation of West Virginia.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Cassville
