Type specimen: IVPP V8500, a tooth (RM1/). Its type locality is Xichuan, Hetaoyuan formation, Ligongqiao basin, which is in an Eocene/Oligocene terrestrial marl/siltstone in the Hetaoyuan Formation of China.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore-frugivore
Distribution: found only at Xichuan, Hetaoyuan formation, Ligongqiao basin
