Type specimen: USNM 95043. Its type locality is Locality 37n (Pend Oreille Lake), which is in a Cambrian carbonate limestone/shale in the Lakeview Formation of Idaho.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Locality 37n (Pend Oreille Lake)
