Type specimen: Ecole Nationale des Eaux et Forets 173, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Céreste (Nancy coll), which is in a MP 23 lacustrine carbonate in the Campagne-Calavon Formation of France.

Distribution: found only at Céreste (MNHN coll)
