Type specimen: Its type locality is Chejia Hill, Tangcun, unit 8, which is in a Niuchehean marine shale in the Tangcun Formation of China
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Chejia Hill, Tangcun, unit 8
