Type specimen: USNM 143160, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Duck Creek [Raiff Limestone], which is in a Dresbachian marine limestone in the Raiff Limestone Formation of Nevada.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Duck Creek [Raiff Limestone]
