Type specimen: Pz.DBAV.UERJ 059, a skeleton. Its type locality is Hwy SP-270 Outcrop, Angatuba, which is in a Wordian/Wuchiapingian lacustrine siltstone in the Corumbataí Formation of Brazil.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Hwy SP-270 Outcrop, Angatuba
