Type specimen: MPC-03640, a carapace. Its type locality is Tani-gawa river, Tominoho, Mugi county, which is in a Kungurian carbonate limestone in Japan.

Ecology: epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Tani-gawa river, Tominoho, Mugi county
