Type specimen: Its type locality is B.E.G248-T-6 (G-10), clay pit in north edge of Bridgeport, which is in a Kasimovian marine shale in the Graford Formation of Texas.

Distribution: found only at B.E.G. 248-T-6 (G-10), clay pit in north edge of Bridgeport
