Type specimen: USNM 90109. Its type locality is Brick plant cut in field, north of Gage Park, Topeka, which is in a Gzhelian carbonate limestone in the Howard Formation of Kansas.

• Carboniferous of United States (4: Kansas, Oklahoma)
