Type specimen: MTM V 2010.105.1, a mandible (left complete dentary with four broken teeth). Its type locality is Iharkút mine, Bakony mountains, which is in a Santonian channel claystone/sandstone in the Csehbánya Formation of Hungary.

Distribution: found only at Iharkút mine, Bakony mountains
