Sister taxa: Pseudosirenites elegans, Pseudosirenites evae, Pseudosirenites falcatus, Pseudosirenites pardoneti, Pseudosirenites pressus, Pseudosirenites stachei

Type specimen: GSC 28757. Its type locality is GSC 68301, Mount Ludington, which is in an Alaunian marine siliciclastic in the Pardonet Formation of Canada.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Distribution:

• Triassic of Canada (5: British Columbia collections)

Total: 5 collections each including a single occurrence
