Type specimen: IGM 6619, a maxilla (Fragment of left maxilla with two molars and alveoli for a third). Its type locality is Huizachal Canyon (general), which is in a Pliensbachian floodplain siltstone in the La Boca Formation of Mexico.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Huizachal Canyon (general)
