Type specimen: Geological Museum Beijing, V0009 , a partial skull. Its type locality is Hei Koa Peng, Lufeng (CUP, IVPP), which is in a Sinemurian terrestrial horizon in the Lufeng Formation of China.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Hei Koa Peng, Lufeng (CUP, IVPP)
