Sister taxa: Lissonites lissoni, Lissonites pecki, Lissonites sutanensis

Type specimen: GSC 28932. Its type locality is GSC 83818, ridge between Ducette and Eleven Mile Creeks, which is in a Sevatian marine horizon in the Pardonet Formation of Canada.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 16.9

Distribution:

• Triassic of Canada (4: British Columbia collections), Colombia (1)

Total: 5 collections each including a single occurrence
