Type specimen: IVPP V7426, a partial skull (Mandibles and maxillae). Its type locality is Qipan-cun road, Taopu, Qianshan, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Wanghudun Formation of China.

Ecology: scansorial insectivore

Distribution: found only at Qipan-cun road, Taopu, Qianshan
