Type specimen: MCCM-LH 11393a-b, a partial skeleton (Articulated specimen lacking the hindlimbs and left forelimb). Its type locality is Las Hoyas (MCCM collection), which is in a Barremian lacustrine - large limestone/packstone in the La Huérguina Formation of Spain.
Ecology: amphibious carnivore
Distribution: found only at Las Hoyas (MCCM collection)
