Type specimen: PIN 3800/1209, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Khetana River, outcrop 2/19 (PIN collection 3800), which is in a Coniacian lacustrine mudstone in the Amka Formation of the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Khetana River, outcrop 2/19 (PIN collection 3800)
