Type specimen: PIN 3800/267, an other (caddis case). Its type locality is Khetana River, outcrop 1/55B (PIN collection 3800), which is in a Coniacian lacustrine mudstone in the Amka Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Khetana River, outcrop 1/55B (PIN collection 3800)
