Type specimen: Poi-SGM1a-b, a partial skeleton (postcranial skeleton). Its type locality is 10 km south of Tafraout, which is in a Cenomanian fluvial-lacustrine claystone in Morocco.
Ecology: planktonic suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at 10 km south of Tafraout
