Type specimen: UNIVALE CH 0013/2, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Fonseca creek, CENIBRA property, which is in a Priabonian lacustrine shale in the Fonseca Formation of Brazil.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Fonseca creek, CENIBRA property
