Type specimen: Shandong Geological Museum K0130(0141), an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Shanwang, Linqu County, collection K0 (Shandong Geological Museum), which is in a Burdigalian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Shanwang Formation of China.

Distribution: found only at Shanwang, Linqu County, collection K0 (Shandong Geological Museum)
