Type specimen: IVPP V13806, a mandible (Left lower jaw). Its type locality is Fanglaowu (71003), Wanghe Town, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Wanghudun Formation of China.

Distribution: found only at Fanglaowu (71003), Wanghe Town
